We are looking for independent, well-organized people who will come with ideas on how to reach a demanding client in Western Europe, with fluent German in speech and writing. If you can effectively interest and catch a customer, are full of passion and courage for new challenges - we’re looking for you. We want to start new projects with sales artists, extraordinary, disciplined and creative, sometimes stubborn. No exemplary students. Rather wayward, gifted and crazy, ready for adventure.
03. JOB OFFERS 03.2022:
Due to the development, the advertising agency Art Open Sp. z o.o. from Wrocław is looking for candidates for the following positions: computer graphic, programmer - web developer and specialist for B2B sales in the Customer Service Department for a permanent remote cooperation.
Position: Creative Graphic Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Design of print materials (including DTP) such as brochures, flyers, catalogues, etc.
- Design of marketing materials for online publication: landing page, social media posts, banners, presentations, infographics, etc.
- Design of logos and full visual identities
- Adaptation of graphic designs to the required media and formats
- Image processing and retouching
- Close cooperation with Art Open Sp. z o.o. graphic department
- Direct contact with the client while working on projects
What we expect:
- Experience in design supported by a portfolio with examples of work
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Practical knowledge of DTP principles
- Creativity and independence in designing new graphic solutions
- Sense of aesthetics and responsibility for own actions
- Availability and ability to work on several projects simultaneously
Position: Programmer - Web Developer.
Responsibilities:
- Design and development of websites and online shops based on CMS systems as well as dedicated solutions
- Coding of graphic designs - user interfaces
- Programming dedicated web applications
- Updates and technical support for executed projects
- Close cooperation and high communication skills with the Art Open Sp. z o.o. team
- Direct contact with the client while working on projects
What we expect:
- Fluency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
- Experience in implementation of projects based on CMS - wordpress / woocommerce
- Knowledge of Responsive Web Design and mobile web development
- Knowledge of version control system (Git)
- Taking care of high quality of code
- Ability to independently select technology to meet project requirements
- Knowledge of English on communicative level in writing and speaking
- Willingness to develop in the field of web technologies (new languages, libraries)
- Knowledge of React.js, Node.js and/or Gatsby.js (welcomed)
- Knowledge of SQL, Firebase (welcomed)
- Knowledge of SEO (welcomed)
- Knowledge of WCAG standardization (highly appreciated)
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, XD (would be appreciated)
Position: B2B Sales Specialist in the Customer Service Department.
We are currently looking for a person to our Commercial Office for the Sales and Customer Service Department who will support us in the following tasks with her commitment and competences:
Responsibilities:
- managing contacts with customers, answering phone calls and answering emails,
- market assessment and acquisition of new customers for cooperation,
- acquisition of orders for products offered by Art Open Sp. z o.o.
- coordination of the entire sales process, including ongoing reporting of all activities in the CRM system,
- searching for new suppliers, products, custom solutions for clients,
- preparation of offers, pricings, orders for current and potential customers,
- determining the detailed scope of obtained orders and their appropriate specifications, including determining the visualization of labeling future products,
- coordination and management of project deadlines, shipment of goods to customers, cooperation with the graphics department,
What we expect:
- Experience in B2B sales (advertising industry preferred)
- Experience in telephone conversations with customers,
- Ability to listen and ask questions, drill down to propose the best solution,
- Ability to conduct effective result-focused telephone conversations.
- Communication skills, commitment, meticulous, punctual,
- Experience of working in a CRM environment,
- Independence in action and good organisation of own work.
- Knowledge of English language is welcome.
